Simon Vallee is a seasoned entrepreneur and product leader with over 15 years of experience in technology and design.He holds a degree in Materials Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, and began his career in the industrial sector (working with industrial gases at Air Liquide) before transitioning to the tech space.

Before joining Maket, Simon also served as a product manager at Slack, where he contributed to the design and usability of Slack’s features and helped shape product discipline within the organization. 

At Maket, Simon leads the product vision and roadmap, bridging the gap between architectural constraints and user-centric design. His role includes defining how generative AI and visualization tools can empower users to create architectural plans more intuitively.

Simon is passionate about leveraging technology in ways that reduce cognitive load and emphasize clarity in human–machine interaction.
