Dominic Becotte

Dominic is an entrepreneur, investor, and senior executive with over two decades of experience in venture capital, private equity, and technology. He has advised and financed dozens of companies across North America and Europe, and recently acted as promoter and lead M&A advisor for the leveraged buyout of Ludia Inc. from Jam City. Before that, Dominic was a Partner at XPND Capital, helping scale Québec’s next generation of growth companies, and served as Senior Vice President at Messier Maris & Associates in New York and Paris, where he led numerous cross-border transactions in the TMT sector. Dominic brings a unique blend of financial acumen, entrepreneurial vision, and global experience to every venture he supports.
